Somebody had put a bowl previously to staying there over the smoke detector. I don't smoke so I got off work and they locked me out of my room that I paid for will not refining my money then charge me an extra $100 to get my property back. I had stayed there for almost a month with no problems whatsoever. The manager and her sidekick are both power tripping cocky rude snotty women that should not be running any part of that business. Discuss me to see either one of them having that much control over any other human being absolutely childish and ridiculous. Both should be fired way more qualified candidates out there you should be looking at. Both of them should be ashamed of themselves.

Wonderful check-in manager, just perfect! Extremely helpful and friendly, very professional. Fixed my request in a minute. I was surprised and I really appreciate it . The room was good, TV, a microwave, a fridge. Breakfast was a bagel and coffee. A lot of the noise from the freeway, I did not sleep well although the bed was good. Next time I would have my earplugs. Furniture was outdated but everything works.

Very comfortable place and reasonable rates. Ashley at the front desk is a rock star and needs to be commended. The breakfast left a little to be desired, but there are enough places close by that it was not a big deal. We will stay here again when we come to see our son.

I recently stayed at Sunnyside Inn and Suites and it was an absolute nightmare. The moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a wave of smoke odor that saturated the entire room. The room itself was disgustingly dirty, with stains on on the walls, beat up furniture, no shower curtain, and broken television. Despite complaints to the staff about the cleanliness and odor, they were dismissive and unhelpful, displaying horrible customer service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone unless they enjoy the idea of staying in a grimy, smoke-filled environment with staff who couldn't care less about their guests' comfort.

The room was not really comfortable the door was broken the headboard was loose only one curtain and no bedspread
