Due to the itinerary, the time to arrive at the hotel was earlier, the room was not ready, but the hotel was very happy to give the key, agreed to move the luggage into the room, and also cleaned the cleaning staff. The cleaning staff also agreed to be friendly. When I return to the room at night, the sanitation has been cleaned and the room is properly arranged. This hotel is located in forks, wa. Those familiar with the movie Twilight should be familiar with the town, so this hotel should be the best choice for Twilight fans, because the Forks High School, where the heroine is studying, is a hundred or two meters near the hotel. However, when I arrived at the scene, I knew that the movie was just borrowed a name. The appearance of the school is not the same as in the movie. In addition, this town is relatively close to the hoh rain forest, and it takes more than an hour to drive to the hoh rain forest visitor center. It is the most convenient town. It takes more than an hour to drive from the port angeles to this town, but these hours are worth it, because it is along the high-speed road of us hightway 101, with no toll stations and always full of scenery.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. The outside is nothing special AT ALL. Never stayed at a Super 8. Very pleased though. Just myself and my teenage daughter. Great, friendly service. Plenty of parking. Room is clean and adequate. Nice bedding that was very clean (no polyester bedspreads!). Bathroom and shower were fine. A/C noisy, but it works. Breakfast was great (not expecting much so was pleasantly surprised). Great location for exploring this area. Would stay here again.

The location is very good. 5 mins from the highway to Olympic park and yet, close to all the facilities - restaurants and stores - in downtown Sequim. inside the has very good Clean, updated rooms. All amenities including Microwave in the room. In fact, it had more amenities than our Seattle downtown 4.5 star hotel! We found the interior to be very inviting. Mountain View (from some rooms) is definitely a PLUS!

Room was clean and bed was ok, a little sinky. Unfortunately sheets on bed made my partner itchy all night. Too much chemical maybe?

Generally very good! We arrived a little earlier, we called the hotel to ask whether we can check in earlier, they allowed us to do so as they have available cleaned room. There’s a nice restaurant beside the hotel, the receptionist is professional and gentle, also there’re some cookies and drinks at the check in lobby.
The room is great, clean, the bed is comfortable to sleep, the bathroom with all Dove toiletries which I really like. The swimming pool is also nice as the water is clean, kids have a lot of fun there.

When we arrived at our Air B&B near Port Angeles, we found it nearly uninhabitable, despite the pictures and owner emails. A first-time family vacation quickly went from great to terrible. A single call to Josh saved the day. Over two days, we enjoyed a private beach, incredible accommodations, family dinners, and his family's hospitality at every step. I've stayed in five-star resorts across the globe that cannot compare to our experience at the Juan de Fuca Cottages. We will absolutely stay there again. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserAfter many years of my family going to Kalaloch for an adventure back then, sad to see what a northwest gem has receded to! I can remember old cabins as a place to sleep! Mother cooking outside on Colman stove! Then to the fancy days of the seventies and eighties, new style cabins! Now the owning/running corporation seems to just want to run the place into the ground! Plus Items: Location, being able to see ocean! The old days of clam digging! Seeing a fourty pound salmon caught off the beach! Minus Items! Old Buildings, Not Clean, Not Clean and Yes Not Clean! Step up to front door shaky! Kitchen needs yearly update, new plates and cook ware! No Oven! How do you cook family meals without oven? So how to improve and bring this gem back from the brink of losing more business? Total reclaim of whole property! Get out of the Greeny group, shower heads with real water flow! This place Is In The Rain Forest, No Shortage of water here! Thermostats that allow temp setting above seventy! Heaters that don’t sound like a jet engine in each cabin! New set of everything in kitchen every year! One miss matched pan and lid this visit was there years ago! More blankets, an unlimited supply of firewood, especially ten months a year when wood stove really needed for heat! What else? Close off one building at a time! Empty out, clean, clean and then Clean It Again! Throw away old worn out furniture, replace with rustic new furniture! Not fifty year old antiques! Build stairs each unit! Fasten to building, handrail? ADA? Then final pet peave get new toilet hardware for every unit! Had issue years ago toilet fell over while in use! Reported then, this visit now toilet not bolted down, hmm? Realize salt air and metal corrosion but come on! So will the Corporation running this place see the value of the Property or will they let it fall to further diss repair and finally ruin? Or is that the plan all along?

GGuest UserWe just ended five wonderful nights in a first-floor room facing the water. Our room had a wrought-iron fenced patio with two chairs and a table overlooking the harbor enabling us to watch the Victoria, BC, ferry coming and going along with many other boats. We ordered dinner every night from the 48 Degrees North Restaurant in our hotel, and hubby brought it back to eat on the patio........delicious every single night! This is a VERY dog-friendly hotel - they were everywhere on the paved walking path between our room and the harbor. I can't say enough good things about the cleanliness of our room, the quiet nights, the lovely housekeeping staff, the front desk team, and oh, the great laundry on our floor! We would definitely make our stay at this hotel if we are ever back in town.
