Carpets are filthy. TV was not connected to source and desk said cable was out for next few days. Electric outlets near bed were dead so had to look for electrical working outlets before finding one. Desk attendant was visible in office staring ahead but wouldn’t respond when I checked in. I think he was asleep.

I travel extensively for work (over half the year) and had the pleasure of staying here for 3 weeks. This property has it all: clean, comfortable and spacious rooms with nice new decor. Cookies and coffee in the lobby. For breakfast they have an extensive breakfast setup with waffle station, eggs, sausage/bacon and potatoes, cereals, yogurt, breakfast bars and pastries. There are numerous eating establishments within blocks of this location, including two grocery stores, Aldi and Walmart across the street. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. General Manager, Amber was awesome! Since other reviewers have commented about a train noise, yes there is a train that passes through town, but train whistle it's hardly noticeable. As for the train itself, it's too far away from the hotel to hear. Trust me, I would have checked out if it were a problem. You'll be glad you chose this property. HIGHLY recommended!

20 mins from Tulsa airport in the cute town of Claremore. The only negative is rooms on the busy road side are also very close to a busy train crossing. We heard the train horns a few times during the night. Next time, I would ensure my room is on the other side of the hotel.

Manager was friendly and flexible in allowing our team to select their rooms. She provided everyone with free water & homemade cookies. The rooms were spacious, the facility was clean throughout, and really enjoyed the strong shower.

We normally choose Hampton hotels when we travel, but we will stay elsewhere in the future. We were treated very rudely by the Manager Josh or Joshua at Hampton Inn in Claremore, OK. He definitely needs a lesson in guest service and how to properly address guests who he feels are a problem. This whole issue could have been handled a lot simpler had he chose not to yell at his guests in front of small children causing them to cry and then proceed to ruin a 13 year old's birthday party. After this was explained to him, he did apologize and refunded the hotel room. Bottom line you shouldn't yell at guests for not knowing rules that they were never advised of with no signage posted.

This was one of the most pleasant stays in recent memory. I traveled extensively for many years, staying more than 100 nights per year, and so I know a bit about hotels. The property was great, the price was the best in town for this class of hotel. And little touches, like coffee in the lobby (with cookies!!), and also an in-room coffee maker (we stayed at a Tru property that had coffee in the lobby but not in room, and we did not like that). The breakfast was good, like in the days before the pandemic, and the breakfast area was nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff was excellent and very efficient. The property was also well maintained. One of the better experiences in my 5,000 or so lifetime hotel nights.

The room.was absolutely beautiful and the staff was very friendly and professional. From the time we checked in until the time we checked out. Beautiful hotel inside and great and safe location. We will definitely stay there again!

We needed a place that could accommodate our family of 7 when we were in town to say goodbye to a loved one. The hotel was a great; the breakfast was very yummy and the hotel was very centrally located in town.

I understand this is a pet friendly hotel, but continuous annoying barking and they would do nothing about it. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend a hotel where they will not even help the customer.
