The room was clean and hygienic. Except for the air conditioner being a little noisy, everything else was good. There was a buffet downstairs, which was very convenient. Compared with last year, the variety was a little less.

Location was convenient to our needs. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Check-in agent was fantastic, warm and welcoming. Only thing that was a bust was the check-out experience. Not the same treatment nor did we feel welcomed - it dampened our spirits but other than that - everything was perfect.
