Not a new motel, but clean. Probably in the upper middle range of Days Inn / Super 8 motels that I've stayed at. Staff is courteous, rooms are clean, and area is safe. No breakfast to speak of, but there are other hotels around where you can spend $25+ a day more for your ”free” breakfast. Right off the interstate, and there is every type of store, shop or restaurant that you can imagine within a mile or two.

We are so glad that we found this property. It was on a main road with lots of restaurants, the area felt very safe even late at night. The staff was so friendly!! Especially Nola at the front desk. The lobby and room were very clean and had a nice fresh smell. The rooms have wood laminate flooring and were even clean under the bed. I was surprised they let my little dog stay for free since most places charge at least $20. We are in Clarksville every other week for work and this is definitely where we will be staying.
