First room I was given smelled like cat urine and they were still remolding the shower (rm 204) they did put me in another room. Bed was very uncomfortable very hard. We were charged over $62 for the 50 dollar deposit. The gentleman at the frontdesk said he didn't know why we were charged that yet he's the one that charged our card. At 5 am the phone in the room started ringing and woke us up. Then rang two different times. We have stayed there multiple times but this was the absolute worst. Very unsatisfied.

Room was filthy and smelled terrible- smelled of feet and urine. The bedside table was sticky as if someone had spilled something on it and it was not cleaned up. Bathroom tub had mold. Beds were as hard as a rock and the pillows too! We ended up packing our bags and leaving the hotel at 1am- we couldn’t tolerate it any longer. It was horribly sickening ! also there’s no elevator at this hotel.

It was not as good as I would have liked. Bathroom was not clean as it should have been. Hair was on the walls and all in the tub. The room had cob webs in it as well. I did not complain because half the time the person was not at the front desk anyways. Lights were off in the pool area as well....not saying I would not come back but they need to work some things and clean better.

When we first checked in, we were given a room that wasn't ready. When I contacted the front desk the gentleman was very polite and promptly gave us a different room. He did mention that he is "forget that the mattress of the first room was being treated"? Made us a little uncomfortable but our assigned room was cleaned and comfortable.

Towel rack in bathroom was broken and hanging from the wall. Security latch on the door was missing half of the components, so it was non-functional. They have the most limited breakfast buffet that I have ever experienced (hard boiled eggs, waffles, and cereal). I left my AirPods behind and my Find My app still shows them at the hotel, but when I phoned they denied finding them. Would not recommend at all.

Had to look at 3 different rooms as the first bathroom still had someone's hair stuck to the shower and bathtub needs to be reglazed as it was so super chipped. Second bathroom smelled like pee. 3rd room was okay, however, cleaning needs to greatly improve at this location a lot of dirt/grime in corners...need a thorough spring cleaning.

There was loud guests above us and called to complain twice and it didn’t get better. They wanted to move us but I said no move them. That didn’t happen Also the tub and shower was not clean. Mold and rust around the faucet tub had chipped paint. The water in the toilet was so high that you couldn’t sit without getting wet. There was a hole in the wall when you in. The worst experience every.
