The location is situated right at the town's entrance, having a distance from the downtown area, but it's not a problem since it's only about 5 minutes driving. The location is still can be described as convenience since it's right next to Safeway, gas station, and couple of chain restaurants. The hotel does not have an elevator, but given that it's only 2 floors, you can do a short walk up the stairs. The room is spacious and clean. It has everything a hotel room needs, although during my stay, it was quite rowdy and had some noise down the hallway. Not a big deal, still a good hotel.

If you ever have a chance to stay close to Cle Elum, Wa, stay at the Best Western SnowCap Lodge! There you will find a warm friendly Staff, excellent rooms and amenities, and a yummy breakfast in the morning.

Such sweet employees, super clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options… It is nice having only 2 floors, making it easy to access the rooms and parking as well…. 100% would recommend!!

This hotel is lovely, very clean and updated, but just a few flaws. No elevator and no ground floor rooms available so I had a hard time climbing stairs. The room AC unit was so loud, so I found it hard to sleep. If not for that, the room would have been exceptionally quiet. The bed was comfortable and shower was great. After a wonderful breakfast, we tried to turn on the TV while packing, but it wouldn’t connect. Except for these issues, this hotel would be five stars.

lock on room door did not work. They couldn’t put us in another room because they said there were no other rooms. We had to find and stay at another hotel at 8pm. Hotel manager refused to refund us the room charge that was booked a month ago when i called to dispute saying that the lock worked. YOU ARE A LIAR!! Terrible customer service. Look elsewhere.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows very nice. Great breakfast in the morning. For a chain hotel, this was excepional.

We were surprised with how nice this hotel was based off the price! Absolutely everything was easy and the hotel was very clean. We were even provided freshly baked cookies at bedtime. The kids got to swim at night. We had continental breakfast in the morning that even had food for the kids to enjoy. It was perfect.
