This may be a perfectly fine place to stay; however, we couldn't go on our planned off-road motorcycle trip with friends due to the extensive Labor Mountain fire on Blewett Pass (Blewett Pass and forest areas closed). Since we had booked our rooms through *******, the management refused to refund OR give us a credit toward a future stay. Super disappointing since these were circumstances out of our control.

This is just a basic Hotel, most of the guests seem to be construction workers, etc. The rooms have hard floors which means you hear every footfall, shoe drop, etc. above you

Great things: Super water pressure, good a/c, clean linens and HBO Direct TV (and several Spanish-language cable channels). But wifi was a hassle, in my opinion. But you probably won't have any problem (?) if you are an established "Choice Options" member and/or willing to pay for more mbps. Also, just a heads up: this motel has no elevator, so ask in advance if your room is upstairs if that's gonna be an issue for you. Environs not super - but hey, it's Cle Elum, off the highway. What do you expect?

The room was clean. The area quiet but we got the worst room with a protruding metal bed frame that hurt us all. Had challenges charging our devices
Also no room service was offered because we didn’t ask on time even though there was no notice saying we should.

Super comfy bed and pillows, clean bathroom and floors. Railroad runs behind property but only heard the train a couple times and not while I was trying to sleep.

Only complaint was the tile floor in bathroom was very slick when wet which is not good anytime but especially in an ADA accessible room.

Property was ok just very old and in bad need of renovations. Breakfast was below par. Waffles, cheap vending machine pastries, sugary cereal, No eggs, bacon or sausage no protien of any type. Bed was definitely well used and lumpy. Glad I was only staying 2 days.

The surrounding are outside was unsafe. Junk laying around hotel and it was dirty. The bathroom had either mold or rust spots in the bathroom. Was not a good experience overall. The bed was comfortable. The TV was tiny.
