Quality Inn CLE Elum-Ellensburg

Randy at the front desk changed my dates without my knowledge. Only when I received an automated email asking how my stay was did I discover that they altered my reservation. I called the hotel and they will only fix it if they can charge my credit card again (which I refused). I called Choice Hotels and they can only offer points as credit. Since I paid for a room that I was never able to use, I went ahead and filed a dispute with my credit card company. Don't ever do business here.

The staff was great and the room was pretty decent - nothing fancy but we got more than I expected for the price. The bathroom was a bit rundown and the shower could have used a magic eraser, but nothing felt dirty. We appreciated that it’s right across from a gas station and a cafe.

The place felt a tad run down, carpet was dirty, room heater was stuck on heat only, you could feel the bed springs on the mattress and the toilet was broke in the middle of the night. Sink was dirty when we arrives. Would not recommend or stay again.

Front desk was very helpful and kind at check in as the room we booked was not what we first were given. Quiet and convenient to our location we were visiting. Thank you will be beck!

Clean room, friendly staff. Don’t have the breakfast. No hair dryer in the room. Good, quiet stay for a good price.

Very simple rooms, but were clean and slightly updated. Heat and AC worked great! Breakfast was limited, mostly carbs - bagels, waffles, muffins etc. no fruit or protein. Was located in a safe locaton at the end of town.

The breakfast buffet had good choices and was very good. The hotel is nice and comfortable. We had a repeat issue with the door key card not working with both our cards. Our overall all stay was enjoyable

Location is convenient to I-90 and about 50 miles south of Leavenworth, WA (Bavarian Tourist area). Hotel has fair pricing and good service for this tourist area and accommodated our request to change rooms. Breakfast is continental style but good selection.

Stayed in a pet approved room with laminate flooring. Room was clean and queen bed was comfortable. Some caulking is old/dirty needs replacing. Overall, hotel needs updating, but our stay was fine.
