We Reserved a room with a Queen bed on March 3, 2024 for August 2, 2024. When we got there about 1:30 PM we wanted to know if we could check in early, she said no. Not a big deal so I told her not to give away our room as we will be back after the cruise and dance probably around 11:00 pm. She assured us she wouldn't. We came back around 9:00 pm and she told us we don't have any rooms with a queen be so were are going to put you in a bed with 2 double beds, I thought if reserved with a credit card we were guaranteed a room with queen bed, the ice machine did not work, hardly nothing there for breakfast at 8:00 i made a comment about hardly nothing out there for breakfast, but the guy just continued to play on his phone. This is the 4th or 5th year we stayed there, but probably the last time. Very disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor cleanliness especially the bathroom and shower bed was hard as a rock not very satisfied at all and have stayed here before with no issues

Stopped here on a road trip to MN. Room was decent, not great. Breakfast area was very dirty. The waffle batter was spoiled and the hard boiled eggs were not fully cooked.

To many problems with the room in general. Things not working or broke. It has really gone downhill since they switched owners or managers whatever the case is The breakfast was much better before also. They had regular coffee pots before and now have a push button thing to get what you want and it is not good.

When we got to our room, the door was propped open. There was dirty washcloth hanging over the shower head. The shower / tub did not drain. We received a clean towel, but it was stained. We had an iron, but no ironing board. The hair dryer did not work. There was garbage all 3 days outside the side door.

I can't believe this is a hotel. More like helltel. And the foreigners that own this place definitely has no clean standards. The place smells of beer and body BO, do does the room and sheets. The shower/ tub has mold, and the food are does not look like it has been cleaned since forever. My God they need to be shut down. I'm getting a refund, believe that.

A bit "pricey" for what you get but: I goofed up and booked for 2 days in the future and the front desk guy got us a good room anyway; On a Saturday night: In a popular resort area. This is a large property and BUSY. Appear's that this is a popular hotel in a popular area yet, the staff is on top of the important things. It's old but, clean. Beds are a bit too soft for me but, I slept good anyway. Breakfast was pretty good as well - at least they had biscuits and gravy and hard boiled eggs. Did I mention the front desk guy? He was awesome.

This is a Super 8. Room was better than I expected. As a solo traveler, I felt safe. My room on the second floor was very clean, very quiet, and the bed and pillows were great. I don't always write reviews, but this was a pleasant stay and I can't say enough about how friendly the staff was. Very convenient location and a fair price. Amazed at how quiet my room was!
