We were well taken care of. A great room, clean and very spacious. We liked staying there. But it is a hotel and perhaps housing for some people. Zero tourists. Just us.
The rest of the people who were staying there were residents. I thought that was bad.
Regarding cleaning the rooms, if you don't ask, they won't do it.

Excellent staff interactions. They were all friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. They were doing work on the building but I was not inconvenienced by that at all. Room amenities were up to date. Bed was super comfy and bedding was not worn. It was very convenient to have a full size fridge and kitchenette to cook in. Great value for the price. I had an excellent stay and would recommend. 10/10.

We stayed at this property several times in the past month. It is clean and relatively quiet - considering it is right net to a very busy street (49th St N). If you have a choice - I would choose a room closer to the elevator - since there is only one elevator on one side of the building. The rooms were large with a cook top and a full size fridge. The only breakfast option was coffee - VERY strong coffee. There is a Circle K right across the street - use the crosswalk - it is much safer.

Hotel is in a very sketch area. Inside it's in a lot of disrepair. My 1st floor room had windows which were unlocked when I arrived - scary! I locked them and put in knives for dowels. Gym is super gross. Front desk service is friendly but questionable.

Didnt make it inside. Parking lot is shared with retail center and bus stops. Showed up about 6pm to numerous people loitering. Not sure about location and since I was solo I left. It was probably fine. A couple blocks down are a few other hotels.

Haven't stayed at at Simply hotel before and absolutely love this hotel chain! Rooms are very big and offer full fridges, traveling for business for 2 weeks at a time, this was a nice change. Even better, they offered free laundry washer/dryers- so I didn't go home with a ton of dirty laundry. Staff was so friendly and accommodating, even gave me directions and suggestions to some local restaurants.

The hotel itself has a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a pullout sofa bed, which is good. I opted for this place because of the separate bedroom. However, there are dead roaches everywhere. It's also in great need of a makeover!
