Premier Inn Bradford South

First time here, very happy with the room and reception staff extremely helpful. Well appointed room, breakfast next door was good value for money and staff very friendly and professional. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Its clean, but it feels more travel lodge than Premier Inn. Its very tired, with holes where bed side cabinet used to be. Rooms are shouting out for a Premier Inn facelift. Staff seemed to need a poke to motivate, think Premier Inn need to work on training.

Room hygiene is horrible stayed at the hotel for 4 nights not even once the room been clean even know its been requested. The cleaner have tuned the permission note to do not disturb and told reception i left it as not disturb even know I requested a full clean.

Will never be staying at a premier inn again. A broken, wobbly toilet, broken shower seat in accessible room, 12 spiders throughout the room which indicated a lack of cleaning, I left at 10.30pm at night. Reception staff said they couldn’t authorise a refund which breaches the terms of the good night guarantee. All I’ve received is a £40 “goodwill gesture” as they’ve treated it like a cancellation. Shocking customer service.

Stayed over night here pleasant and helpful staff at reception, comfy bed clean room just like any other premier inn, bit noise from the motorway only thing but that can't be helped great location for the motorway would stay again

I know Premier Inn is all about staying somewhere for an event (whether work or pleasure) but it's always a great experience and this one was no exception. That staff and facilities were perfect for this type of trip.

no issue with hotel - apart from noisy fan in the bathroom which is always on when the light is on Don't bother with the full English breakfast - we did not get what we ordered and it is not self service so we ended up with burnt bacon ..

The hotel and staff were excellent. Will go again. The restraunt had a few issues. Food quality was very good but the staff, although very friendly, seemed continuously under pressure resulting in errors. The first evening service was slow and they forgot my sweet which I had to prompt. Almost 2 hours for two courses Breakfast, seated me and then completely forgot me. I had to prompt after half an hour, then brought completely the wrong order. Next evening, ordered a drink and food. They forgot the drink until prompted. Final breakfast, no problems other than coffee machine broke down I'm sure an extra staff would reduce pressure and problems

I stayed at this establishment in June, on arrival I was told that only continental breakfast was available! Not great for someone who booked five months in advance. I was attending a Veterans gathering in the area and my partner was staying in the hotel. The room was booked for four nights. The staff was good as per normal though no meals where available at all. After being there for over four times over a five year period the places looks a bit run down. On top of that the company who looks after the parking for the hotel decided to send me a bill for £100 which I contested and after a lot of perseverance for a couple of weeks (as they don’t have a contact number anywhere) they decided to drop the fine once I made contact with them. I will find it hard to book a Premier Inn within the future. This is by the way no fault of the staff.
