Sehr schönes Hotel mitten in der Stadt Clerf liegend . Hat alles was man braucht , Spa wurde nicht genutzt da wir zu wenig Zeit hatten.
Zimmer normal eingerichtet. Wir hatten das Pech das der Rollo am Fenster kaputt war und sich nicht hochziehen ließ. Und auch an den Seiten die Lamellen kaputt / gefehlt haben.

Chambre (suite junior) 712 un peu vieille, stores abîmés et interrupteurs cassés. Pas de clim' bien que pas nécessaire à cette période. Pas à la hauteur d'un **** Repas assez chaotique : oubli de la mise en bouche, temps d'attente très long (1h50 entre l'arrivée et le plat), erreur dans le service des boissons (et erreur dans la facturation), poulet et pommes de terre brûlées. Personnel qui effectue de nombreux voyages "à vide" et qui laisse les plats vides à table et que nous avons dû demander de débarrasser. Ici aussi pas à la hauteur d'un **** et au vu du prix des menus 55€ 3 services hors boissons. En résumé une mauvaise expérience

Hotel ligt in het centrum van Clervaux. Makkelijk parkeren. Kamer was goed maar wel wat karig ingericht. Bed was goed en ook douche goed warm en voldoende water. Spectaculaire eetzaal, met ruim gesorteerd ontbijt. Prima uitvalsbasis om Luxemburg te verkennen.

Positief: Zeer tevreden over ons verblijf. Ontbijt en diner top. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Opmerkingen: vervangen van vloerbedekking t.h.v raam waar grote lelijke plek zichtbaar is; voor oudere mensen lage bedden; Kamer bevond zich boven de ingang waar een rookplek was hetgeen afhankelijk van de mensen soms sprake was van geluidsoverlast.

Ontbijt was goed. Personen aan de receptie waren vriendelijk. Kamer was sterk verouderd. Bedden waren slecht, schimmel in de badkamer en deurstijl rot. Echt vies. Het was heel benauwd in de kamer. Diner was wel ok. Maar niks speciaals voor een 4 sterren hotel.
