Rapport qualité prix bas, surtout en comparant avec la concurrence qui offre des prestations largement supérieures dans la même gamme. Lors de la réservation, le spa est indiqué comme comprenant un hamman et une cabine infrarouge, or il est nécessaire de payer un supplément. L'information précisant que le spa est ouvert à partir de 15h, or le site précise "Piscine, Centre de Wellness et Fitness ouvert de 08.00 à 19.00 heures" Lorsque nous faisons la remarque, le responsable se montre désagréable. Il sous entend que nous voulons "tout pour rien"... Chambre peu équipée et draps de bains insuffisant pour profiter du spa. Le menu est compris dans notre arrangement, la réceptionniste indique que nous devons manger au plus tard à 19h car le personnel ne souhaite pas que le service dure trop longtemps. Personnel de du restaurant lounge très peu sympathique. Après de nombreux séjours à Clervaux, le premier et le dernier dans cet hotel

een hotel wat binnen interessanter is als buiten doet uitschijnen. Kamers zijn volledig vernieuwd. We hadden een nieuwe, aangenaam grote kamer. Het eten was heerlijk - deze keuken is echt aan te raden - met een heerlijke wijn op de kaart. Het zwembad is niet erg groot, net zoals de sauna.

Heerlijk hotel op een mooie plek. Heel erg lekker gegeten, fijne kamers en badkamer, schoon. Prachtige omgeving en centraal gelegen. Gezellige bar in het hotel, erg aardig personeel. Wij hadden half pension. Diner was geweldig, veel keuze en erg lekker!

L'hôtel du Commerce correspond tout à fait à la description. Très bon accueil, très propre, notre chambre était spacieuse et calme. Bar agréable. Le restaurant nous a proposé un menu goûteux et roboratif. Nous recommandons sans hésiter...

Uitstekend hotel, Het hotel is prachtig ingericht en onderhouden. Mooie kamer met prachtig uitzicht. Lekker gegeten in het uitstekende restaurant, en ook het ontbijt was uitstekend. De locatie is perfect. Zeker aan te raden, en voor herhaling vatbaar

Prachtig gelegen hotel, in volle centrum aan de voet van het kasteel, met voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Zeer proper en zeer vriendelijk personeel en directie. Mooi ingerichte zwem- en wellness ruimte, alleen onbegrijpelijk krenterig dat het stoombad apart moet betaald worden terwijl de rest inbegrepen is in de verblijfskosten. Het ontbijtbuffet voldoet naar Franse normen maar kan niet als rijkelijk omschreven worden; roerei en gebakken spek ontbraken, matige keuze van charcuterie en kaas.
