Breakfast staff friendly, beds soft, but it stops there. Hallways filthy, fitness center closed until further notice, room smelled damp, a/c will not cool rooms. Soap, shampoo, etc., bottled for continuous use and hard to use. There are a few more good choices in Cleveland; let this be your last choice! Very expensive for such a small city.

I stayed at this property on Sept 14-16, 2023, room 207. Hotel on Hwy61, easy access and plenty of food options close. Check in was a little slow, probably due to the size of the group I was with. Room was neat with fridge/micro. Breakfast was fine, standard fare with hot items as an option. Ample parking. All interaction with the staff was pleasant.

Me and my husband stayed there one night! We were working at the store right across the street from the hotel! When we arrived we got a suite. And it was nice and clean! The hotel was very quiet as well! The beds were completely comfortable and we slept wonderful after a long hot day of work! The showers were very nice and clean as well! Here’s where the 1 out of 5 comes about! I would give it a zero because we checked out the next morning! We worked and drove 4 hours to our house! We were unpacking and my husband noticed his beats were not in his bag! So I called the hotel and asked if the cleaning ladies had found his beats! The receptionist was very nice and she said she would leave a note for the next mornings briefing! So I left my number and name and what room we stayed in! I didn’t hear anything so I called back around noon the following morning! A guy answered and I explained to him as well about the missing headphones my husband had left! And the cleaning ladies were right there and they said they didn’t see any! So don’t be fooled by sticky fingers there! One of the cleaning ladies got my husband’s headphones!

Great Hospitality, Warm welcome. Pool was unavailable, Ms. Donna was excellent with other hotel guest. We admired her, for accommodating our family through such a difficult time. Our children really enjoyed the courteous meals provided.

Nice soft Bed a pillows, Customer service was great and breakfast was hot., Host was not so Friendly. We saw upset guest and host arguing and the manager stepped right in an resolved the issue, all we saw were smiles . She has such a great spirit. She smiles and warm welcomed all of us. We really enjoyed to southern Hospitality

This hotel is horrible and it has been for years. Do you ever take note that contributers with only 1 contribution are actually employees or family of employees trying to offset the horrible reviews below the one on top. Quincy for instance most likely is the son or grandson of either Mrs. Lee Ethel or Ada Stingley. I've stayed at this hotel and it is absolutely the worse Holiday Inn I've ever been in and that is a long list.

My Family stay at the IHG Holiday Inn in Cleveland, Mississippi was exceptional. The staff was welcoming with a Souther smile. At this time of great sorrow my Family is going through because of the loss of our mother, IHG Holiday Inn made our grief a little easier with their welcoming personalities. Kitchen Staff we must recognize. Mrs. Lee Ethel & Ada services they provided for us, and wonderful conversation is what my Family needed, as we set for our morning breakfast for passed 8 days from 3/11/2023 until 3/19/2023. they made sure that we had plenty of everything, from food, drinks and cleanliness. Mrs. Lee Ethel & Ada are great representatives of the IHG Holiday Inn Express located in Cleveland, Mississippi. I highly recommend if you're in the city of Cleveland don't hesitate in stop in and rest for minute or days. Have a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Stingley Family
