Hotel was a good location and convenient for our agenda. Although the hotel was clean the rooms need to be updated.

Was near the waterfront and had nice service staff. Hotel was abit old and toilet was abit small. Overall a decent stay

Expensive parking daily rate even if you don’t leave, garage elevator was broken- inconvenient if you have lots of luggage. Garage was also sketchy with no cameras. I was charged $90 for parking and should have been only charged $60.. the electronic window shade was broken in the room. Hallway was very loud at night. The hotel is a nice location though. Big rooms, nice big bathroom. Big tv.

Was a great stay as usual

The equipment is a bit old, but the attitude of the front desk staff is very good. The windows can be opened to see the lake view. The bathtub is larger than many hotels, which is an advantage. It is quite clean.

Very good, although the hotel is very old, but very clean, and the flight attendants and captains live here.

The room is very old Complete facilities But there are not many hotels to choose from in this area Front desk service is good So check in is totally ok Just sleep normally, no problem

This hotel from beginning to end was by far the worst. At check in I have to admit i was greeted well ; soon after i called to the front desk because the room i booked was not as described.. after a very robotic person i ased to speak to the manand funny the person i was speaking to was proud to confess that i was speaking to was the manger !!! Very rude and he kept stating that because my booking was thru third party basically i didn't deserve comfort 🙃. I am attaching picture that will better describe.

In Downtown and yet secluded and quiet, walking distance from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, courtesy shuttle to take you to the nearby attractions, parking fee very reasonable compared to nearby properties. All of this make this property great value for money.

We were well greeted at the front desk. Unfortunately there were not sufficient supplies in the room for the 3 of us. When we asked for extra towels, none were sent - no big deal, ended up getting them myself from the front desk. Extra coffee was also given by the kind and curtious housecleaning staff. One thing we thought was that parking price was a bit high for the hotel guests. Otherwise, would stay again. Also, great cookies at the front desk upon check in!

Staff were welcoming and friendly! It was a great downtown location and close to where we wanted to be.

Hotel is outdated our card key didn’t work to get in and out of the garage for 25 dollars a night it should have! There’s a train track next to the hotel that went off and on all night long very loud! I would not recommend this hotel for the price it cost to stay here.

Did not seem very clean. Our sink had a back up, let the hotel know. They said they sent someone, but it was still backed up when we got back. Then the faucet dripped. There was a dirty knife and linen on the floor of the elevator. The chairs at the bar need new padding. Staff was very nice.
