When I received my bill after checking out, I discovered that it included a "hotel facility surcharge" that was not disclosed during the booking process when I made my reservation on Hilton's website and was not included in the charges shown on the reservation confirmation. When I called the hotel and pointed this out to the manager, she was rude and condescending and refused to refund the surcharge.

Very nice staff and clean rooms. Welcomed all sorts of guests needs - boats, meetings - a variety of guests were present. The room was clean and comfortable. Pool on site as well as exercise room - both clean. Lake Okeechobee brings fishermen into the area and this is a decent place to stay for minimal options.

I have stayed at many Hilton properties and this one is a benchmark for them. The staff and the rooms are excellent the location is perfect. It’s always nice when you check in and there’s a friendly face offering advice on where to get something to eat and if there are any concerns or issues to directly get a hold of them That makes a difference and why being a loyalty member to the Hilton group is easy when I can stay at a place like this

It was Outstanding experience to say the least. I would stay heat again. I always select a Hampton inn because they have the best beds in the business. The place was new and right on point from the staff to the amenities.
