Cotton Valley Motel

PSA: the office is not at the motel. It's at the diner next door. It took us awhile to figure that out. We called the number on the billboard and it was an answering service with no idea where the office was. There's no sign as to where it is and the sign on the building by room 101 says office so we knocked on that door. ( empty).we were leaving and I had to pee so we went next door and low and behold it's where the office is. They need to put a sign out saying that. The motel is old, really old and it is like the motels of our youth. We were tired so we stayed. The bed had blood on the sheets so I put my own sheets on and sprayed the thing with Lysol. I would not have stayed if I wasn't so tired. It's not a clean place but it's a place to sleep. wont be back. Too old and dirty to take a shower.
