They were under renovations so here’s what I can say. The bed was AMAZING! Which is the #1, most important thing for us. Everything else, service, internet, breakfast was a huge let down! Especially for the price!!!!

The beds are really comfortable, but if you want thinks like doors that easily open and close and stocked vending machines, look somewhere else. Also, the outdoor pool was closed due to recent storms, which wasn't really their fault, but it was still aggravating.
Also, the tubs are slippery, and we didnt have shampoo in our dispenser.
The staff is nice and the place is not terrible, but the property is poorly maintained.

Beds are much to high. I had to stand on my suitcase to get in. Phone and USB port didn’t work. Room didn’t have but a small amount of toilet paper. Room was damp. Air conditioner made loud noises. I won’t be staying in a Hampton until the bed issues are resolved.
