Hotel oui, restaurant non
Hotel impeccable, belle situation, bon confort, acceuil chaleureux.
Par contre nettement moins satisfait du restaurant, exemple : le serveur m'a déposé toutes les cartes sur le coin de la table, sans accompagner du minimum d'explications. La serveuse m'a servi un verre de vin, en versant une bonne partie sur la table, enfin la carte est reduite en choix.
Dommage, l'hôtel mérite mieux comme restaurant.

Service client déplorable
Mon fils étant hospitalisé, j'ai prévenu l'hôtel le 2 Octobre à 18h que je ne pourrai pas y séjourner (l'annulation gratuite était possible ce même jour jusqu'à 16h). Malgré l'envoi des certificats médicaux nécessaires, l'hôtel m'a répondu qu'ils annuleraient ma chambre seulement si ils arrivaient à la relouer. Et le lendemain, sans plus d'infos de leur part, j'ai eu le droit à un prélèvement sur ma carte bleue. Je trouve ces façons de faire totalement déplorable. C'est vraiment dommage pour ce type d'établissement.
