Pre paid for 3 days (Friday - Sunday).
We knew we were going to be arriving after midnight (so Saturday morning). Husband called around 730 p.m. and let them know we we're going to be checking in late, past midnight. Woman on the phone (we assume front desk) let us know that wouldn't be a problem.
Arrived at 3:30 a.m. and the gentleman at the desk kept insisting they arent expecting any check ins. I showed him my pre-paid reservation details on the app and he kept insisting he didn't see us in the system.
He ended up finding us then kept stating that we should have called ahead. We told him we did, he insisted we didn't. Showed him my husbands call logs and he said that no one told him. The staff lack of communication isn't my problem, but whatever.
He went on to insist that our check out was Saturday, and I argued and showed him my reservation again, and his response was to keep insisting our check out was Saturday.
I was not happy with the check in process. He was very rude and combative and kept making unnecessary comments throughout the process of "you should have called" over and over again.
All other staff I encountered was great. The room was great. Everything else was great.
