My favorite hotel to stay in while I am in Cluj-Napoca. I think the location is a bit far from the center, but the services and stay compensate for it. There aren't many restaurants close by, but the downstairs restaurant is good, and the service is impeccable. It's a bit more expensive than regular restaurants, but the food is very good. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff is professional, ready to help, and always smiling. I have stayed here 3-4 times already and will book again.

My wife and I stayed twice at this hotel , August 2022 and August 2023 (Traveled from UAE). Perfect location next to Somesh River and across street from the Central Park, we stayed in a spacious suite on the 8th floor with a living area and second bathroom overlooking a very nice view of the Somesh River and the beautiful city of Cluj-Napoca. Breakfast was very good with a lot of varieties of food for every taste. Staff was friendly, kind and eager to please. We especially came to Cluj for a wedding which we attended on the second day of our arrival, party room of the hotel is amazing, everything was perfectly organized, food was very good and delicious . For sure we will come back to Cluj and stay at this hotel.

You can find cheaper options in the city, but if you need an equipped (almost everything, except the dishwasher) apartment, with a kitchenette, plus a nice balcony with a beautiful view, in a good area of the city, it is strongly recommended to choose this apartment hotel. First of all, unlike many other aparthotels in Cluj, there's the reception working up to 10 PM which is very convenient if you need to ask something important for you, or need any other assistance (anyway, after you get an explanation of how easily enter and leave the apartment, and the building, by using a code, and if everything is good, no real necessity in interaction with the reception). Daily changing towels, taking out the trash, etc', location is great for this city (it looks not scary to walk around that neighborhood even late at night). The hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from a side entrance to Iulius Mall. In this big and modern mall there is also a big Aushan supermarket, a big selection of fast food chains, Starbucks and local caffe, etc' for almost every taste. You can also take a walk in the park around the lake and near the mall and the hotel. Taxis with affordable prices in Cluj, especially when you use apps and not catch on the street. Bolt is a bit cheaper than Uber. For example, the trip to airport from the hotel was ~ 30 romanian lei (about 6 euro).

It was difficult finding parking in the lot. Very crowded area. They have an underground garage that is accessible only by climbing all the way up to the hotel and asking the hotel clerk to open the garage door for you (using their small hand-held remote). This works if you are traveling with another adult who can do that, but if you are traveling alone, where would you park your car to go up to the reception desk to ask them for the remote to the garage? It's a Catch-22 situation. Breakfast was in a VERY crowded room with tiny rickety tables & chairs. Our bedroom smelled musty.

Location: you could not wish a better spot for being in midst of Cluj....vibrant and live. No car traffic in the area. Plenty of nice pubs and restaurants. If you have a car then better look for a parking at the Central Building.. Rooms: seem is a new owner in town...the rooms are well designed and the space is comfortable. It is a yes from all points of view. Staff: well trained. Helpful. Nice.
