Customer service was great. Lovely large room with good views. Coffee & tea tray provided. Fridge was an added bonus I did not expect. Got 20% of dinner because I was attending the hospital the next day. Dinner was lovely. The gym was well stocked the spa area could use a bit of paint. Ceiling tiles renewed. However I enjoyed it plus having a swim before breakfast was great. Breakfast itself was lovely I ordered porridge and it was wonderful, one of the breakfast staff was very helpful Eugene was his name. I look forward to returning again in the future. However I still found fit for purpose

First class hotel.Everything beautifully clean. Very comfortable breakfast huge choice freshly cooked and tasted so good. Staff very professional cautious and very pleasant. I will be back .

A nice overnight stay at the Golden Jubilee hotel in Clydebank on our way to Oban. Room was decent and clean. Breakfast isn't served till 8am on a Sunday and when we spoke to reception the previous evening we asked if we could do a takeaway breakfast as we had to leave by 8:15am. We were told breakfast started at 8am a packed breakfast wasn't possible. Yet when we went down the next morning breakfast has already started well before 8am with several guests already eating. A more helpful / accomodating response would taken the service level score from 3 to 5.

Booked 1 night stay, the area was so great for like nature walk. Room was not so clean. There was a Left over food from inside the fridge that was smelly. Phoned reception about the fridge and they acted it upon straight away. I was offered a room upgrade and the Manager was so apologetic.

My wife was in golden Jubilee hospital getting open heart surgery. I don't drive and we stay in irvine ayrshire, so it was really good that I was there with my wife during her recovery

Overall, the hotel was great, and the rooms were quite spacious compared to other hotels. It's also located by the lake, and a stroll along the shore offers some lovely scenery.

Excellent service. Room very clean and tidy. Meals were good value. Spa complex and swimming pool great for relaxing but need a little updating in places.

One of my fav hotels go alot with my granddaughters for swimming , staff nice irene in breakfast is lovely and Elaine in pool are really nice be back over soon , id swap the black pudding for haggis as its always hard and dried out , keep it scottish , menu in restaurant needs changing , steak pie nice too dry tho , fish and chips ok not the best menu , kids menu not good at all , but will be back alot for the pool

Room is big. Free parking outside the hotel. Cheaper than most hotels in the city centre, yet quality is unmatched.

Room is clean and staff very helpful. The restaurant downstairs was great. Excellent food and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend to try the restaurant.
