There were mold all along in the middle of the ceiling across the entire floor we were staying. Breakfast was amazing and the view can’t be beat.

Piscine vraiment la pire que j’ai vu . Par contre excellent buffet . Chambre en bas des standards de cette chaîne d’hôtel. Chaleur intense dans les aire communes!!

Todo iba bien hasta que al tratar de utilizar internet nos dimos cuenta que estaba súper lento, al grado de no poder trabajar. Le consulte a la recepcionista de nombre “Margarita”( se negó a dar su nombre) quien de forma grosera contesto que ella no sabia del desperfecto y de forma despota me dijo que “me volvía a repetir una vez más que no sabía”, pedi hablar con el gerente en turno y acudió conmigo el sr Julio Santiago a quien le reporte el incidente con la empleada, el sr Julio santiago prometió pasar el reporte, este incidente ocurrió el día 18 de marzo por la noche. No entiendo como una empleada (Margarita) puede estar trabajando en una cadena importante ya que su actitud grosera y mal educada hacia los huéspedes, cuando solo le estaba consultando si ya el internet estaba funcionando de forma correcta. No dan ganas de regresar a este hotel.
