It was a tired presentation of the room. There was no tea and coffee facility with in the room , no bar fridge nor ceiling fan or air conditioning. There was no replacement of soaps or lotions during the stay. We were in a family room and we had to ask for the mattresses to be replaced for the children because they were poor and not able to sleep in. As the ventilation was poor we had to keep the door partially opened and mosquitoes would come in. The location was great. The restaurant was great but limited in choice. I would only suggest this facility for a short stay 1-2 nights max.

If you love your privacy and at the same time you want to be in a special place for a special occasion, go to la casa de Margaritas. Here you will find a home like atmosphere with a brisk of colonial times. You can try from a selected chosen tasty international plates, like paellas, octopus, a la gallega, different pastas and other sea food as well as pizzas (in the evening) accompanied with well hosen economic wines. The price is reasonable and the service excellent. You will be greeted by the owner , Mrs Margarita that is interested in making you feel at home and accommodate any (reasonable) wishes you may have.

Everything was great. The stay was calm and we felt like home. My daughter got sick and they were very helpful.

Un petit havre de paix dans Cochabamba, au nord de la ville. Nous avons adoré l'accueil très chaleureux de Margarita la propriétaire des lieux, qui était d'une gentillesse incroyable et avec qui nous avons adoré discuter. Les points positifs de ce logements sont : - la qualité de l'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel - la qualité et la taille de la chambre/literie (nous avons super bien dormi) - la propreté IMPECCABLE des lieux, chambres nettoyées tous les jours - déco soignée et typique de l'hôtel avec des petits objets du monde entier - présence du restaurant PIZZERA (à la carte : pizzas/pâtes et apéritifs) en bas de l'hôtel dans lequel nous avons mangé les 3 soirs, les pizzas sont absolument INCROYABLES et cuites au feu de bois. Le Tiramisu est inoubliable, je le conseille ++++ - localisation dans petit quartier résidentiel, la ville est joignable à pieds en environ 30 minutes, nous avons tout fait à pieds, cela se fait et c'est très agréable Ce sont de petits points mais s'il fallait dire quelque chose : - le petit déjeuner est frais : panière de pains dont maraquettes chaudes, jambon/fromage, muesli à composer soi-même avec graines et yaourt, 2 variétés de jus de fruits frais différents chaque matin, quelques fruits (+ de variété aurait été appréciée) du café/thé, mais pas de lait chaud ou froid à disposition (il faut le demander). Un produit type œufs brouillés / ou pancake/ ou gaufre ou autre (fait le matin par le chef) serait un + et rendrait ce petit déjeuner-buffet vraiment complet et exceptionnel ! - le soir, un peu de bruit le jeudi jusqu'à 22h/22h30 environ, le restaurant est très fameux (car pizzas délicieuses) et il y a du monde en terrasse, mais cela se calme dès que les gens partent ! Aussi , une veille de jour férié, il y avait un peu de musique car il y a un bar ou club pas loin, mais cela est supportable. - la luminosité dans la chambre est forte, tous les rideaux ne sont pas obscurcissant - en face de l'hôtel il y a des maisons/building en construction, du coup la vue depuis le balcon est en "devenir" !

The hotel is small but attractive and comfortable. Good beds, bath, and service. Very clean, friendly and efficient staff. Located in the northern part of the city near restaurants, the city's best supermarket, and a lovely park that is great for walking or jogging. At the end of a cul-de-sac off a quiet street so there is little to disturb a guest who wants to rest and get a good night's sleep. Breakfast included with fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, excellent breat and cheese, fresh fruit juice, and good coffee. The restaurant offers lunch and in the evening they make excellent pizza with sourdough crust cooked in a wood-fired oven.
