Everything is good.
Great location, nice rooms. A little pricier than others.
Two negatives:
- the computerized checkin is cumbersome and buggy. It took three attempts to complete it, and the staff cannot override the program
— it would be good to have a way to boil water to make tea in the evening, in the room or in the common area.

So weit alles OK, Zimmerreinigung gut,Früstück und Restaurant in Ordnung, Service passt so wie die Lage direkt an der Mosel. Leider ist der Hotel eigene Parkplatz zu weit weg etwa 900meter in der Oberstadt.

Ich war spontan für eine Nacht in Cochem und brauchte ein Hotel, das einen Check-In nach 17 Uhr anbietet. Das Zimmer war sauber, der Blick auf die Mosel schön und die Philosophie des Hauses hinsichtlich Nachhaltigkeit überzeugt. Hier komme ich gern wieder.
