I recently stayed at this hotel for a corporate trip and was absolutely disappointed with my experience. For starters, there was no hot water available for a proper bath. After a long day of work, not having access to basic amenities like a hot shower is completely unacceptable. It feels like this hotel doesn’t prioritize the comfort of its guests, especially those here for business purposes. To make matters worse, the internet connection was abysmal. As someone who relies on fast and reliable internet for work, I found it impossible to get any work done. Multiple attempts to get the issue resolved were met with no real solutions, which just added to the frustration. If you're a corporate traveler or office employee, do NOT book this hotel. Poor amenities, terrible internet, and an overall lack of consideration for business guests make this place completely unsuitable. Look elsewhere, you’ll be much better off.

A Comfortable Stay
This was a wonderful place to stay. My room was upgraded with no additional cost. The staff was easy-going, helpful, and pleasant in their demeanour. I was able to walk around the community for shopping. I like the food choices in the hotel restaurant, so I didn't need to eat outside. The room cleaning servce was excellent. Just please remember to clean and dust the AC. Thanks.

We had an excellent stay in ESS Grand hotel. Hotel is quite neat and staff are quite courteous and helping. Food and room service are quite good. Complimentary breakfast is good and food items are very tasty. They have extended our room for few hours beyond checkout time as we have a train to catch in the late afternoon. All the places like restaurants and shops are quite near by to the hotel. I'd definitely recommend ESS Grand for your comfortable stay. I'll definitely book ESS Grand for my future visits.

Very good stay going back again tomorrow And staying again. Nice ambience and good staff and excellent service Will come again and tell others to go as well. We are very happy with the hotel. The hotel near anr clean.. The staffs are very helpful. The breakfast was good to taste. The location is superb. We will come again also in the future.

Best stay and comfortable room. Cleanliness was everywhere and they maintain well hygiene. We loved overall experience and they provided us a good breakfast buffet. I will recommend this hotel over anything. For the price I’d say bang for the buck.

We had a great experience with Treebo at Coimbatore. First of all the cost was very competitive. Secondly, the rooms were of good size and with all the basic facilities. The complementary breakfast was also a great addition.

Room is small. TV too small and has limited channels. Nice staff. Good Water in Toilets. AC was good. Closet small. Window view very poor. Did not try food. Good Parking facilities. Very Good Location
