Food provided, needs improvement of quality. Being in south india, cooks should be specialised in making south indian foods.

I booked through mm t and after reaching sarvam stay they said we gave it to someone less. After that i fight with them then they are given a different room. Every body is hindi people and if any one knows hindi they can stay there and overall i am not satisfied. Please try to ignore this sarvam

Located near to the singanallur bus stand walkable distance, morning break fast was tasty and good, the property is badly maintained does not worth for money, rooms were badly maintained, setvice also not upto the mark.

The first time i booked, service was okay but the 2nd time i booked i was very disappointed. No proper management. Out of 3 days booking, just one day we received breakfast. In the middle of night the staff comes to knock the door and ask if we checked out when it was clearly mentioned that one party is still in the room and the next day we will be checking out. I won't be going again here.

Average stay. Parking was a headache, can't park more than 2 cars. Rooms could be cleaner. Walls looked dirty. The shared part of the accommodation was not clean at all
