The location of the hotel is relatively good, because I am traveling with the elderly in my family. There are three rooms, which is very good. I will definitely choose this hotel next time.

Since the first contact, everything was very good. The service, availability and hosting of all the staff/professionals was extraordinary. They upgraded my reservation and offered ”a mimo”. The suite was very comfortable, wide, pleasant, clean and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast was very varied, with fresh products of quality and these are constantly being repaired, the gym was well equipped, the pool was clean and the Turkish bath was available. 

Wir verbrachten drei  Nächte in dem Hotel, zwei waren geplant, eine haben wir dann verlängert. Die Zimmer sind funktional eingerichtet, mit Linoleumboden und viel Ablagefläche. Unser Bad mit Wanne hatte ebenfalls viel Fläche zum Sachen ablegen, außerdem einen riesengroßen Spiegel. Zur Altstadt sind es zehn Minuten zu Fuß, man kam schön auf er neuen Promenade am Mondego entlanglaufen. Zu dem großen Einkaufszentrum geht es über eine Brücke. Das Frühstück war auch okay, wenn auch nichts Besonderes. Wir hatten direkt an der Rezeption gebucht und bekamen frei Parken  in der Tiefgarage dazu. Was uns unschön aufgefallen ist: Der  gläserne Fahrstuhlschacht, der wohl schick sein soll, war ziemlich verdreckt.

The Dona Ines is a large, modern and business-orientated hotel in Coimbra. The location is probably not very sexy since it is not in the historical part of the town but a bare 1à min walk will get you there. Rooms are OK, outdoor pool was not accessible during my stay but looked all right. Only a couple of lifts to access upper levels, this is a down (could not find the staircase) if you are in a rush.  Breakfast is excellent and I tried once the restaurant which was ok as well with a very helping staff. Large and nice business rooms.
