Nice hotel with decent food and good level of amenities.
Some amenities that are advertised such as room service or iron in the room aren’t actually avaliable. Also, limited number of staff speak English so communication can be difficult.
If you’re travelling with young kids, please be aware than loud music can be heard in the rooms until 11pm.
Overall a decent place to stay but could do better.

Wir waren nach August 2024 zum 2. Mal gleich im Oktober im Hotel. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Sicher hat aber jeder eine andere Sichtweise und Ansprüche. Wir finden es sehr herzlich und das Personal tut wirklich sein bestes. Ob in der leichten Animation (u.a.Ömer und Jakub), der Crew an der Strandbar, und Restaurant (Ziya und Team, z.B. Ayan, Ahmet, Tayyar, Mustafa, Ramazan). Es ist wie nach Hause kommen. Die Mitarbeiter/innen unter Erol von der Rezeption sind auch sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Schöne Abende zum Nationalfeiertag und Halloween erlebt. Der Basar beginnt unmittelbar am Hotel. Toll für einen abendlichen Spaziergang. Leider ist das Hotel außerhalb der Hauptsaison geschlossen, was uns dann im nahen Schwesternhotel "Royal Atlantis Beach" zu Silvester unterkommen lässt. Auch da gefällt es uns gut, waren wir doch auch schon dort untergekommen. Wir schauen schon mit Vorfreude auf das nächste Urlaubsjahr.

Das Hotel wird gut von allen Managern geführt.Die Mitarbeiter/innen versuchen in irgendeiner Weise jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen oder machbar zu machen. Ob Kellner/innen, Mitarbeiter/innen im Spa-Bereich, beim Empfang,in der Küche, Kofferträger, Gästebetreung und Zimmerbetreuung alle Mitarbeiter/innen sind bestens bemüht jedem Gastden Urlab so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten und zufrieden zu stellen.

Dieses Hotel in in jeder Hinsicht weiter zu empfehlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Angefangen von den stets sauberen Zimmern. Bis hin zum Essen, das vielfältig war und mit viel Liebe dargereicht wurde. Die Damen und Herren im Restaurant waren so nett und freundlich, dass es jedes Mal Spaß gemacht hat, dort hinzugehen. Das andere Servicepersonal, wie z.B. die Gästebetreuung-Managerin Hande sowie die Rezeptionistin Mevlüde waren so sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Vielen Dank Ronny und Edda aus Monheim am Rhein

Мне очень понравилось! Охрана очень лояльная! Ресторан супер, очень вкусно! Отдельное спасибо Начальнику охраны Hakan Ceylan. Мне всё понравилось, рекомендую! Я в шоке от гостеприимства! Приезжаю сюда 3-й раз. СУдовольствием приеду ещё!!!

Kwamen na middernacht aan twee volwassenen en een kind. We werden na een erg kleine kamer gebracht wat teleurstellend was konden spullen niet kwijt. Na korte nacht smorgens na de receptie gegaan om te vragen of ze een andere kamer hadden. Er werd overlegd en we konden smiddags terug komen dan hadden ze een andere kamer. Tot onder verbazing kregen we zonder extra kosten een familiekamer. Helemaal fantastisch geregeld. Verder een super vakantie gehad. Vriendelijk personeel eten was goed alles schoon en netjes . Ondanks einde vh seizoen nog erg veel te doen leuk programma en super leuk animatieteam. Ze doen veel om het de gasten naar hun zin te maken Top 👍

Das Hotel Personal und das Animation Team sind wirklich 1 A super Nett Freundlich Hilfsbereit voller Energie und sehr witzig die Unterhaltung ist sehr abwechslungsreich und reichlich ein Riesen Lob geht auch an denn Hr. Yakup sehr Netter Mensch wir haben uns sehr wohl und Herzlich Willkommen gefühlt die Hotel Anlage ist auch sehr Kinder Freundlich was mich sehr ansprach als eine Mami Danke

Große Auswahl an leckeren Essen und super liebes Personal. Die Animateurin Mona sorgt für viele sportaktivitäten, wie wassergymnastik und Yoga. Sie ist zudem sehr sehr lieb mit Kindern. Toll! Am Strand hat man die Möglichkeit Volleyball zu spielen und direkt vor ort zu essen.
