La ubicación del Hotel realmente es muy buena, es muy cerca de la playa y tiene un espacio en la mismas con las tumbonas muy cómodas para descansar y relajarte con mucha seguridad. Las instalaciones del Hotel realmente para ser de Categoría 5 estrella esta en muy malas condiciones muy antiguo y sin renovación. La limpieza era todos los días pero insuficiente totalmente debido a que siempre encontrabas cabellos por todas partes, el cambio de las toallas sin fueron diario pero el de las sabanas de la cama solamente una vez en toda una semana aunque si arreglaban la misma eso si la limpieza se demoraba muchísimo y en ocasiones hasta después del mediodía cuando siempre dejábamos la instalación en la mañana. El personal de la recepción muy amable al igual que el resto de los empleados. eso si dos semanas antes de entrar en el Hotel me estuve intentando comunicar con el mismo a través de su dirección de Emails ya que necesitaba información sobre el transfer entre el Aeropuerto y el Hotel pero en ninguna de las 3 veces que le escribí me devolvieron una respuesta.

Посещаем данный отель уже в третий раз. Очень довольны отдыхом. Отель полностью отвечает нашим запросам. Шикарный песчаный пляж и песчаное дно в море. Так, что из моря не хочется выходить. А для детей вообще рай. Широкий пляж, и поэтому нет ощущения, что нет много людей в море. Всем хватает места и на пляже, и в море. Еда - тоже на 5. Изобилие фруктов и на завтрак, и на обед, и на ужин. Гриль зона и на обед, и на ужин. Разные виды мяса и рыбы. Есть диетический стол. И разнообразие сладостей, а особенно вкусна пахлава. Пообедать можно в ресторане около моря. Также около моря есть шикарная кофейня и бар. Размещаемся всегда в номере с видом на море. Уборка ежедневная и тщательная, в номере все в рабочем состоянии. Служба рецепции быстро реагирует на все просьбы.

Отличный отель для семейного отдыха. Персонал отзывчивый, море супер, пляж без камней. Рекомендуем турецкие лепешки в снек баре. Особенно с корицей и яблоками.В ресторане - каждый найдет еду по вкусу. Уборка комнат постоянно. Всё понравилось. Рекомендуем

Нас устроило все. Было все, что нужно для спокойного и комфортного отдыха : Хорошая погода, замечательное, тёплое море. Особенно хочется отметить заботливое и доброжелательное отношение персонала: спасибо уборщицам номера, официантам, барменам. Добрые слова хочется сказать в адрес менеджера Гестрелейшен Алмы за то, что украсила наше пребывание своим заботливым, внимательным отношением и оперативным решением проблем (отмечали юбилей свадьбы). Ещё хотим поблагодарить поваров-Экрем бея за качественную, вкусную, разнообразную еду. И всё это благодаря стараниям генерального менеджера Сураль отеля Хасана Четина, с которым мы лично общались.

У отеля очень красивая и ухоженная зелёная территория. Прямо на травке в тени деревьев можно поставить лежак. Номер чистый и уютный. Очень понравилось расположение. Это тихое место, где не так много отелей вокруг, поэтому ночью никто не шумит. Недалеко расположен небольшой базарчик. Чуть подальше в сторону от моря - торговая улица. WiFi в холле, связь хорошая. Есть СПА. Еды было достаточно, но вот удивительно - огромный выбор булок, пирожных, хлеба, а помидоров иногда не было. В Турции нет помидоров, как это возможно вообще? Зато арбуз каждый день! Пляж песчаный, вход в воду пологий, удобный. Пляжное полотенце выдают. Из минусов - зонты плоские маленькие и полупрозрачные, от солнца не защищают и очень плотное расположение лежаков на пляже. Странно, потому что места там очень много. К счастью рядом есть небольшая группа деревьев. Можно было туда оттащить лежак и расположиться с комфортом.

The rooms are tidy, although I have reservations about the cleaning staff, as well as the very weak Wi-Fi. The hotel restaurant serves varied meals, everyone will find something for themselves. Chef Osman and most of the waiters are nice, helpful, friendly and attentive to the needs of guests. They always try to help and be friendly. I missed activities such as fitness and daily aqua aerobics, as well as games initiated by animators to encourage guests to have fun together and get to know each other. The constant lack of pool towels is a nuisance. Very nice and helpful staff at the hotel reception.

Had a great time. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Very good hotel. Kind and friendly staff, especially Alma Guest Relation and Nisa a girl at bare (great service) Several bars are very convenient. Beautiful beach, sand, umbrellas and sun loungers. Beautiful area, lots of plants, shady area. Delicious food, no cons found.
