Ci siamo stati in coppia a dicembre 2022 e siamo tornati a dicembre 2023 e probabilmente torneremo anche quest'anno. Le camere moderne e pulitissime. L'ambiente è di classe e il personale gentilissimo. Abbiamo acquistato il pacchetto che includeva anche il percorso nella spa. Puro relax. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante interno, tutto era molto buono.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights with half board. Elegant hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast is excellent and has a wide choice and the restaurant also offers well-finished and tasty dishes. Convenient for visiting nearby Monteriggioni, San Giminiano or Volterra. Advised.

I stayed one night with my partner in this hotel. The structure is beautiful and well-kept, although we had booked a suite they gave us a free upgrade to the Romantic Suite, perfect I would say given that it was our anniversary. The room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. We used the SPA in the afternoon, small but perfectly organised. Good breakfast, wide choice and efficient service. The only small "negative notes" that I would like to point out because it would take very little to eliminate them: 1) In the bathroom in the room add some extra bottles of shower shampoo and maybe even a body cream since we are all 'interior of a structure with SPA; 2) in the SPA, in addition to a bathrobe and slippers, provide the customer with a LARGE towel and not a small "face" towel 3) insert clearer road signs upon arrival because the navigator makes you arrive in a place where it is not clear where to go for the reception
