not bad for business stay

It was excellent service provided.

Very good experience, it’s all but within a walking distance to the airport if u could walk but the location is a major + on the last day discovered the pool was right behind my room, lol

The shuttle pick up from the airport to the hotel was simple even though there was Construction. The receptionist at the desk greeted us with a smile and check the same quickly. The room they put us in was very warm and we could not get it to cool off. The AC unit was definitely not working. They said the hotel was booked but they had one room left and they went to check the AC on it before they moved us. Best move we made. The morning breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel. There was actually some love that went into serving up food. So thank you too the people who prepare it every morning. Check out was easy. We actually took the airport shuttle back to pick up our rental car and we were on our way with fresh coffee before checkout. Thank you very much for making that super easy and comfortable stay.

I arrived in the evening and tried to check in, but check-in was not possible due to facility issues, so I had to stay at the nearby Raddison Hotel. I had already booked a king size room with breakfast included and paid for it through Trip.com, so I was able to stay without any additional charges. However, the Radisson hotel I stayed at instead did not provide breakfast, and I was not able to eat the free breakfast. I did not receive a refund for breakfast and had to check out early in the morning to catch a flight to my next business trip. This part is a bit absurd...

It's great for a business trip. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is great, and most of all, there is space to work, so it's perfect for a business trip.

This hotel is located very close to the airport and is not a bad value for money. The breakfast was good as it was prepared with reasonably priced items.

This hotel is just a temporary stay for one night, and meets basic needs. The interior is a bit small, the bathroom is a bit crowded, and the overall lighting is a bit dim. The air conditioner is very noisy. The breakfast is too simple. The room rate is cheap. It is only suitable for a temporary stay.

Aside from the hassle of having to go from the International Building to the Domestic Building and take the hotel shuttle, I was generally satisfied. (If I had known in advance, I would have been less lost, but it was a bit of a waste of time) The shuttle runs twice an hour. There was a microwave in the room, so I was able to cook a simple meal for dinner. The included breakfast wasn't as bad as I thought. The staff were also friendly. It was nice to be able to check in and check out quickly. I plan to book again the next time I transit through Atlanta.
