The air conditioner wasn't cool. Other than that and the composition of the breakfast was a little disappointing, it was fine.

Nice Building - Poorly Maintained Rooms? Review of Hotel Novotel Marne-la-Vallee CollegienI Reviewed 4 days ago The receptionists are nice and attentive. The building itself is very nice and close to Disneyland Paris. They also have EV chargers, which is very useful. The breakfast is nice and the staff are lovely. However, we had to switch rooms as the air con was broken and the window didn't open fully (this is the case in every room). It was HOT hot (this was the end of October). The second room was also very warm, but the window was literally broken, so at least we could keep it open (but not close; / fine by me). The shower handle was broken, the shower head was filthy and there were hairs everywhere, bathroom was poorly cleaned and maintained. I can say that the bed was very comfortable and the size of the room was fantastic. With a little TLC this could be a really good option for Disneyland.

14 jours installé dans cet hotel, que j'ai trouvé fonctionnel et confortable plusieurs services annexes sont proposés... notament mis à disposition d'une salle de sport avec son équipement suffisant, piscine. Personnel agréable et serviable dans son intégralité. Situation de cet hotel avantageuse pour le parc d'attraction Disney.

De plus, nous avions demandé, deux lits bébés qui n'étaient finalement pas dans la chambre.
La réceptionniste nous indique qu'elle fait le nécessaire... au bout de deux heures toujours rien.
Finalement, nous devons relancer et aller avec elle pour prendre les lits et les amener jusqu'à la chambre…

Nous étions un groupe d une cinquantaine de personnes et tout le monde a aimé le séjour. Tout le personnel a été au top à tous les niveaux. Un grand merci à Mimi et Thomas pour les différents échanges et un merci spécial à Thomas de la restauration qui a été serviable et présent pour toutes nos demandes.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette hôtel, février 2024, nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants, pour une seule serviette de bain pour 4 dans la salle de bain !!!!
Nous avons essayé de contacter l’hôtel par téléphone, avec le téléphone de l’hôtel, mais celui-ci était hors hors service, je décide donc de prendre mon téléphone personnel pour les appeler, mais là aussi leur téléphone fixe ne fonctionne pas !!!
Je tombe donc sur un personnel à l’étage à qui je dis que nous avons seulement une serviette pour quatre personnes pour pouvoir prendre nos douche, celui-ci me dit qu’il va en informer quelqu’un, après une heure d’attente, nous n’avons toujours pas eu de serviette pour s’essuyer. Nous avons donc dû nous essuyer quatre personnes avec la même serviette.
Je pense que les étoiles sont à revoir sur cet hôtel, et que c’est pas parce que l’hôtel est un NOVOTEL que cela veut dire que tout va bien se passer, il faut sélectionner du personnel à la hauteur du nom que vous portez !
