Borgo Colleoli Resort

This beautiful resort overlooks postcard quality views of the Tuscan hills. Two pools are available at opposite ends of the resort. Furnishings are both functional and beautiful. Air conditioning kept the room comfortable day and night even during Europe's record heat in August Bed and bedding were high quality and very comfortable. Ample cooking utensils made preparing occasional meals easy. Refrigerator and freezer were available. A beautiful pizzeria/restaurant is just a short walk outside the grounds. It affords gorgeous sunset views of the Tuscan villas, vineyards, and hills. A dream of a resort with good service and comfortable accommodations.

We were impressed by the hospitality and environmental amenities during our stay. Could not wait to come back so we can enjoy a little bit further more. I am wholeheartedly recommending this place in Tuscany, such a top notch vibes.

This is a fantastic wedding venue, truely fabulous. Our daughter got married here a few weeks ago. Travelled to Tuscany in January 2024 on a flying 3 day visit where we looked at venues. Met the GM Irene and she was the most impressive of all the GM’s/wedding planners we met. The Borgo is a stunning venue. It oozes charm and history. Amazing views throughout. Approx 110 people travelled from all over the world for the wedding. The staff throughout, reception, housekeeping/accommodation, food and beverage were amazing. Beautiful ceremony on the lawn, a short walk to the drinks reception area, and then onto the meal at the external courtyard area. Impeccable. Then, onto the pool area where we danced the night away with the drinks flowing!!!! On day 2, guests chilled by the 2 pools, took walks or visited local vineyard /olive oil farm. At 6pm, under the tree~lined boulevard, informal dining with great starters , homemade pizzas and to die for TIramisu as we watched the sun go down, an incredible sunset. Bellissimo !!!!! Lovely peaceful location. The perfect place for a Tuscan getaway. The staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms palacial and immaculate. Thank you especially to Dennis who was the perfect host. Great location to explore the area with a car as no public transport close by.

Stayed in a suite. It was pleasant and homely. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location of the resort is considerably "far" from civilization which makes it good and bad. Good because you get the peace and quiet that you yearn for, bad because people without automobiles of their own/rent are left high dry to pay for expensive taxi trips from the nearest public transport stop and the resort.

We had the most incredible wedding here at Borgo Di Collioli! We hosted our guests over 2 days and they were blown away by what the staff in the Borgo delivered. It exceeded even our own expectations and the staff hosted an incredible event for us! It was all down to Irene the wedding planner on site. We cannot thank her enough, she is honestly amazing! If you’re considering a wedding at the Borgo, you can put your complete faith in her, Alassandro M, the staff and the suppliers they work with. The food is done by the team onsite and the guests all commented that it was the best food they’ve had at a wedding so thank you to Maurizio and the restaurant staff. We had a lot of guests with food intolerance and dietary requirements who were thrilled with the standard of their meals and attentiveness of the staff. Thanks to Rebecca and Alessandro P for manning the bar and making sure everyone had a drink in their hand at all times! The apartments on site were all spacious, comfortable, clean and beautifully maintained. Thank you to Andrea and Alessandra in housekeeping and maintenance for that. The venue hosted most of our guests and extra numbers were redirected by the very helpful Jakob and Yassine in reception to other venues within walking distance. The resort is peaceful and quiet over looking the most beautiful views. Music limit outside in all of Tuscany is around 1ish but we were able to stay up till the early hours of the morning chatting and having fun! Due to the size of the site, you can throw a great party without fear of disturbing other guests! I wanted to write this review not just to thank the staff but for anyone reading this who is looking for a wedding venue. It took us 6 months of scouring the internet to find what I consider the perfect wedding venue in all of Italy! 100% recommend. Thank you again Irene ❤️❤️
