Nice location, clean room, food service was ok, friendly staff. Just thought the parking should be free. Also no air conditioning.

Pictures advert shows swimming pool,but there is no swimming in the hotel ,my family not happy at all,will book the hotel because of swimming pool

Updated the decor and looks better. The staff remember me even though I’ve not been there for awhile which is lovely so they keep notice of the regulars that come in or they will try and remember your name. A little effort and details at the staff give makes a whole load a difference.

Great stay as always

The price/performance ratio is good, the family room is relatively large, and the hygiene is good. There are slippers and a hair dryer. The toilet flush button is not easy to use. There is no hand shower, only the top fixed shower.

Very good accommodation experience, great breakfast, the only thing is that it is a bit far from the city, suitable for travelers who rent a car. The hotel front desk can help call a taxi, which is quite convenient, usually you need to wait 15-20 minutes

The location of the hotel is on the side of the road, there is a parking space, and the registered license plate number is free for parking. The surrounding environment and room facilities are very clean, suitable for traveling by car

The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from Rugby. It is a good hotel near Rugby, because I chose this hotel just on the way from Brighton. The breakfast is also good 👍. Unfortunately no photos were taken.
