Great location right by the train station. Rooms acceptable. Spa hours weren't great, opens too late and closes too early to use if you're out and about in the city.

Very good location, opposite the train station. We can travel to surrounding cities very easily, but may be a bit far from the Colmar city center. Good room, good breakfast and very nice staff, they are very friendly to Asians like us.

People at reception desk are not nice and not helpful. The room is smelly and dark. The facility is old.

Good location with friendly staff

Hotel Grand Briston is in a very good location, close to the train station 100m, near the bus station to go to the surrounding ancient villages only about 100m the hotel is in a very good location, close to the train station 100m near the bus packing for going to the surrounding ancient villages of Colmar. It is only about 01 km to the center. It is very convenient and comfortable. Room is clean and the staff are very enthusiastic and friendly. Will com back!

Breakfast is too simple

The hotel is just opposite the train station. The front desk service is very good. After checking in, they immediately gave us a tourist map of Colmar and drew a circle for the route map. On the day we arrived, we walked from the hotel to the center, which was not far, so we just followed the circled map. The next morning, we found that there were many buses around the hotel, and we could also take them to the nearby towns. Colmar is worthy of being one of the top ten most beautiful towns!

The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the train station. The room is big and seems newly renovated. It's not far from Colmar's attractions, about one kilometer away. I arrived at the hotel after noon and contacted the front desk, otherwise I would have to check in after 3 o'clock. I was asked to store my luggage. I remembered to open my bag and take my passport. Later, I found that my wallet was missing when I walked out. I'm not sure if I lost it at the train station or at the hotel. I asked the front desk if they saw it, but the front desk staff was very indifferent. Colmar is really a beautiful town. It would be better if the locals could be more warm and friendly.

Hotel is within walking distance of the beautiful center. Wonderful beds. Extensive delicious breakfast! Beautiful building. You can park your car for 3 euros per day in a nearby parking garage.

We thought it was good value for money for the room and breakfast.
