Chambre peu agréable au rez-de-chaussée avec une fenêtre, bizarrement placée qui donne un effet de cage à lapin. De surcroît, cette fenêtre qui donne sur la rue est dépourvue de rideau. Ce qui fait que tous les gens qui passent peuvent voir à l’intérieur de la chambre. À moins bien sûr de baisser le store roulant. Mais dans ce cas on est dans la pénombre en pleine journée. Par ailleurs, le système de robinetterie du lavabo est assez étrange (je n’ai jamais rien vu de tel dans tous les hôtels que j’ai pu faire) et malcommode. Enfin, il est impossible de décider de prendre le petit déjeuner le matin puisqu’il faut prévenir avant 21 heures le soir. Petit déjeuner qui est beaucoup trop cher (17 €) par rapport au standing de l’hôtel. Les deux derniers Logis De France que j’ai fait proposaient un petit déjeuner à 12 € pour un standing équivalent, voir meilleur.

Die Anreise und Parkmöglichkeit lief problemlos ab. Der Empfang war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach ausgestattet und das Hotel hat eine gute Nähe zur Innenstaft und somit zum Weihnachtsmarkt. Der größte Kritikpunkt und somit auch die entstandenen Bewertung war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Aber auch die Sauberkeit war sehr ernüchternd, da wir im Badezimmer mehrere Stellen mit Schwarz-Schimmel feststellen mussten! Aus diesen Gründen würden wir dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

The rooms were comfortable and comfy. Good beds and bathrooms. Helpful and friendly reception. Sparkling clean. Perfect location. Unfortunately, the lady in the restaurant was unfriendly and always made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. A couple of examples: She wouldn't let us in for breakfast because she couldn't find a reservation. This was resolved after the front desk got involved. Another day, we had ordered breakfast for 10 people and were told we couldn't arrive until 10:45. The same lady refused to serve it when we arrived. She started removing the food and wouldn't even make coffee. She looked annoyed and responded negatively to all requests. It was a disappointing experience. I hope the administration will improve this part to maintain a good experience for everyone.

Hotel de 3 estrellas inmerecidas a nivel general. Desayuno desproporcionado de precio por su escasez (17€ por persona). Se tiene que escoger el café con antetioridad, en la mesa solo un trocito de pan y 2 mini croissant con 2 taponcitos de mermelada para las 2 personas; el resto situado en el buffete, mínimo por el precio pagado.
