Quite disappointed with the stay. We paid extra for the Kind Aqua Deluxe room because of the room photo showing the window with arcs, but we were assigned the normal window view. By cancelling the housekeeping, you were only given 1 cocktail per room, instead of other hotel chains where 2 drinks were given. The hotel has already save housekeeping cost, but only one drink were given as they hope the 2nd guest will spend on the drink. It will be more hospitable if 2 drinks were given or based on number of guest.

The room is a bit small, but it is a relatively well-designed hotel. It is suitable for young people or tourists. It is not suitable for our business trip. The bathroom is too small, and the prices are extremely high during the exhibition. Fortunately, the transportation is convenient. Food and shopping in the city are all within walking distance, which is good.

Visited this hotel 17 years ago and still love it. Mainly I like this building. The design of the bar is also nice. It is that the individual reception staff of the hotel are not very enthusiastic. It is also a pity that the interns do not speak German.

房間隔音很好，很乾凈舒適，前台工作人員很專業熱情，早餐服務很好。去大教堂的路比較好走，但小心不要被谷歌百度地圖坑到別去走冤枉路。按大方向走比較正確。

Vor allem das Frühstück ist hervorragend, das Personal super freundlich. Unser Fernseher hat zwar aufgrund eines Updates nicht funktioniert (braucht man aber auch nicht zwingend ;)) alles in allem kommen wir gerne wieder. Die 8. Etage ist zum wohnen super, die kleine „Terrasse‘‘ ist süß, da man einmal 360 grad herum gehen kann.
