Five-star hotel, over 1700 per night!! Not cheap. The service level is rubbish compared to domestic hotels. The hotel can only be rated three and a half stars at most!! No slippers, no toiletries, no bathrobes, no hair dryers! The room is so small! The breakfast is so bad! Swimming pool? ? Don't believe it!! If 5×4 meters is considered a swimming pool!!! 6 euros will be charged extra!! I wonder, isn't the service level of domestic hotels introduced from the West? Why is the service level of Western hotels so bad? ? ? Is the service level of foreigners considered a developed country? ? ? ?

Front desk very listless. 4 star hotel and slippers cost 3€ extra and if you want to go swimming 6€ extra. What else can I say.

講真的，150歐元一晚上我給4.5星，但是你賣400歐元一晚上，我衹能給你3星，連續住5天，除了第一天給了瓶水，之後啥也沒有了。不知道是不是常態。

Einfaches Businesshotel, direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße gelegen mit schlecht schallgedämmten Fenstern, unfreundlicher Service, einfache Bettdecken und Kopfkissen und ein winziger Fernseher. Normalerweise eine 3 Sterne Bewertung, hier aber aufgrund des sehr schlechten Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses nur ein Stern von mir. Ganz klar keine gute Adresse in Köln.

Everything was perfect when we stayed. We also had a great view from the room. Nice touch.
