Receptionist Lady was very welcoming and she was very respectful. The room is very clean anf very cozy. But the lady waiter on the restaurant that night of out check in was a little bit rude. Although we understand that she was alone that time and had a lot of things to do, which we are not aware of until she it said to us. The story behind is that we try her to ask about the menu because it was all written in French and we do not understand. I Believe it was normal to ask about the menu and what can they recommend. She bluntly said „ use google translate and check it there, i have no time to explain, a

The location of the hotel is around 30 mins walk to the nearest metro or $12 Euro uber. It was unfortunately some smelly in the washroom and during our 3 nights stay, the access card was not successful to get into the room in the last night. The overall experience was not pleasant!

千萬不要住這家公寓，二成人住了幾晚，完全沒人清潔，本人有潔癖，也用了自己一次性的被套枕套，旅行都是早出晚歸，只是在酒店睡了幾小時，並在退房時酒店前台確認沒有任何問題後，並回應說下午會退還所有按金至本人信用卡，怎料過幾天後被扣了三十多歐羅，酒店拖了很久也不回應為什麼扣錢，到追了快半個月，該酒店才隨便找個籍口說清潔費，根本就是一間詐騙酒店，在不提供任何照片或依據的情況下胡亂騙取客戶金錢，大家小心不要居住，可能是專門騙取亞洲人的技倆，特別要避開不要給他們信用卡擔保，別讓該酒店有機可乘利用客戶的信用卡回國後無故被胡亂消費，小心陷阱，深深的教訓。

The staff was friendly, it’s not a bad location but I have had a few issues including:
- they clean your every 4 days which is really not hygienic.
- parking charges are not mentioned during booking.
- I forgot my watch in the room but when I called them to save it for me they said there is no watch in the room. I know for sure I left my watch in the room although the cleaners may have taken the watch.
