five star hotel with 0 service!
1. Got a call at mid-night and a man is moaning via phone.
2. Called the front desk before arrival and they hang up our phone by pretending forward the call
3. Got some emergency situation and wanna see if could cancel the booking, the hotel put us on hold more than 24 hours, ignoring nearly 10 ties followups, however they reply us within 30 minutes once my friend check-in.
The hotel put our request on hold by using lame excuses like manager is on leave, manager is in meetings, manager need to get approval from upper level….
Understood if the booking can’t be cancelled, however, how they operate and react is definitely not meet a 5 star hotel standard.

Hygiene: Very good hygiene, the hotel does not have toilet paper
Facilities: Newly opened hotels have complete facilities
Environment: The swimming pool on the 26th floor of the hotel faces the sea, and the all-day restaurant on the 5th floor is also good

Today me and my family visit amari hotel in colombo and we had a great time there.the food was delicious and the service was really good .The staff Restaurant Manager Mr.Mendis , Mr.Damsara,Mr.Bimsara & Ms.Shimari was really helpful with the service .we specially thank mr Damsara and mr mendis and mr bimsaraThank you lovely hospitality

Today i visited Amari with my family to have dinner at the Ahara restaurant. The food was really delicious and yummy .we enjoyed it alot.Apart from that the service was really good .Special thanks to the service staff Mr.Damsara and Ms.Shimari who gave a good quality service .Hoping to visit Amari again.Good Hospitality. Today my friends and family choice the “Ahara”restaurant in Amari hotel. One of the newest hotel in Colombo.. there we enjoyed the view and colombo city. We would like to express our special gratitude to Mr:Damsara and Bimsara who helped us on that occasion. I recommend you have this experience too.. we will be back in your hotel

We stayed here for one week We enjoyed our stay very much Very helpful staff Special mention about Ms Tachila She seems to be working all the time She was very helpful and friendly Any issues we had, she attended to them very quickly and efficiently We are from Singapore and will recommend this place to our friends!!
