I upgraded from a deluxe apartment to a premium apartment, which is a higher tier than deluxe. However, the premium apartment had a smaller TV and lacked smart features. In contrast, the deluxe apartment came with a smart TV that included Netflix, YouTube, and various other applications. Due to the persistent rainy weather conditions, we spent most of our time indoors. Once we requested to replace the TV, they promised to do it the next morning, but they never showed up. One day, my friends and I decided to visit Barista, a five-minute walk from our hotel. We requested umbrellas since it was raining heavily. Unfortunately, the hotel only had one umbrella available, and when we asked for more, they informed us that they were out of stock. Despite the slight rain, we called the reception to inquire about using the swimming pool. They confirmed that we could use it, but when we arrived at the pool, we were informed that it was closed. When we returned to the reception to seek further assistance, they were unhelpful and stated that they could not allow anyone to use the pool while it was raining. But during my previous calls, the reception confirmed that I can use the pool. I had planned to extend my stay, but unfortunately, due to the poor service and lack of support, I’ve decided to switch to a different hotel tomorrow. This is, without a doubt, the worst Hilton hotel we’ve stayed at so far.

A BIG THANK YOU TO THE WONDERFUL STAFF AT THE RESTAURNAT AND THROUGHOUT THIS INCREDIBLE HOTEL YOU MADE OUR STAY TEH BEST EVER IT WAS MOST WODNERFUL AMD WE CANNOT WAIT TO COME BACK AND STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN VERY SOON AND TO MEET AND ASLO BE SO VERY WELL LOOKED AFTER ONCE AGAIN BY THE WONDERFUL RESTAURANT STAFF. Had to early checked out. The property has seen better days. The bedroom was extremely outdated and not that well maintained. Cleaning work was not so well done, moldy walls and floors, duvet stink, torn and ripped pillowcase and the overall facilities were rundown. However, the staff members were very friendly, accommodating and attentive.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It does not meet the standards of a five-diamond hotel at all, and it even damages the Hilton brand. The whole room is extremely unhygienic, with a strong odor, outdated facilities, indifferent service, and extremely poor results! Very bad! After checking in, I waited for 2 hours but my luggage was not delivered to the room, so I had to go downstairs to get it myself! The room has a balcony but it is not allowed to be opened! The main thing is that the hygiene is extremely poor! The room fee of more than 1,800 does not include breakfast, which is not worth it!

The security system of this hotel is very good! I think security is very important when you are away from home! Then the room is very big! The overall facilities are OK, but the air conditioning is still backward! But it is very good! The living room is also very big!

I've stayed here over 10 times, and the location is still convenient and the staff are always friendly. The rooms are spacious and convenient, so I've decided to stay here whenever I'm in Colombo.
