The hotel is in a good location. There is a seaside train just one block away and a supermarket 100 meters away on foot. The buffet breakfast and dinner have a rich variety, and the wifi signal is much better than in other cities in Lanka.

Everything is very good. The hotel is across from the sea. It has the same train as the popular Japanese cartoons. I suggest you go and have a look. There is also a small supermarket next to it, which is very convenient.

Seated in Sheraton's Colombo Kitchen restaurant as I write this review. Pretty disappointed with the unattentive, disinterested service by the staff accross the board. HR department really has to up their game in either providing adequate training to staff (who look distinctly like school kids) or else be a tad more selective in their future recruitment. In any case the Sheraton have their work cut out trying to even match the levels of service provided by the other 5 Star hotels of Colombo. Thinking of trying out the restaurants of Sheraton Colombo? Don't bother. Distinctly underwhelming experience!

Great Hotel, outstanding BF spread , though the service could improve..training required.. Check in..efficient Check out..seemed a little lost, till the FOM intervened & thereafter took 15 seconds. All the same great hotel, recommended to stay …

Amazing hotel - the food, amenities and staff are all amazing. The hotel rooms are clean and well equipped. The hotel is safe. A big shout out to all the team at the Sheraton for looking after us during our stay… especially Amila Rajapaksha for going the extra mile, you rock!

I am delighted to recommend the newly opened Sheraton Hotel in Colombo. Our stay was truly exceptional, thanks to the wonderful staff who went above and beyond. Special thanks to Emil Gularatnam and the breakfast team—Shehan, Mendis, Kaveen, and Chef Kumara—for their outstanding service. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a delightful variety of both Sri Lankan and American dishes that changed daily, all of which were fresh and delicious. The hotel features a fantastic fitness center and a beautiful sauna, along with spacious, clean rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and look forward to returning.

New hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good food at the buffet. Got a great massage from Nilmini at the Spa. Cons: Room door lock failed twice and I was left waiting in the hallway until maintenance fixed it. Smoke detector in room went off waking us up after midnight due to some electrical malfunction. Other hotels would have offered some compensation for these multiple inconveniences but Management did not. Perhaps more training is needed.

The buffet variety was so neatly presented and highly appealing we loved everything about the buffet special thanks to F&B Head Mr.Indika Pradeep and Lahiru who looked after us well and appreciate your attention to details. We will not hesitate to recommend your high quality services and good food!

It was a DinnerOut @ newly opened Sheraton Colombo. From the point of entrance, the staff was very polite. Dinner buffet is above the standard. Lot of variaties and delicious. yumy..yumy... Not noicy, spacious, comfortable environment. A good place for a copule or a favmily dor dinner-out.

Great stay from check-in to check-out. Shinoka my massage therapist was fantastic - definitely recommend to friends and family. My girlfriend’s therapist was also great and we both loved the treatments overall. Breakfast was lovely with lots of variety on offer. Lunch service was a little on the slow side, but the food was tasty.

Our first stay at the newly opened Sheraton Hotel in Colombo. Our stay was for a total of 12 nights. We received an upgrade to a corner room on the 18th floor with excellent sea and city views. We also had access to the Sheraton Lounge on the 21st floor which for us was the gem within the hotel. We had dinner most nights at the Sheraton Lounge and the entire team impressed us. I am on a gluten free diet and Chef Nikhil and Chef Ama took effort to ensure I had enough for dinner and provided an amazing variety. My wife and I were especially happy to have both Nikhil and Ama come spend time with us every time they were on duty. Not just the usual courtesy table visits Chef’s but they provided a genuine connection. Many thanks to the rest of the team at the Lounge especially: Thilasa, Brian, Christina, Nimesha and Amandi. Breakfast at the Colombo Kitchen had the usual mix of local and international fare together with live cooking. Both chefs were again there most days. And thanks to: Arundathi, Kaveen and Amla. The restaurant (and the lounge) could benefit from better coffee machines. Coffee was mostly disappointing. Thank you also Chanuka from housekeeping. Overall very happy with our stay and the service.

Horrible customer service and management. They were not helpful in resolving my concerns. I would not recommend anyone to stay here unless you want your money stolen. Property manager is never available to speak to their customers and unwilling to listen.

This is my first time coming to the hotel and visited for a coffee, the hotel is great and peaceful I went to Ceylon Bake Shop for snack and the it was displayed nicely and clearly to the guests and the Staff at CBS was really good the service given to me by Miss Saajika was really nice. Will visit soon.
