Construction works are going on. Though we have made advance booking, the hotel has been informed only at the time of our check in. Worst service rendered by the service staff and the response from the service staff seems to be rude. They have different treatment for the WHITE it seems.

Although there was an incident where there was no hot water in the shower in the room I stayed in, it was a well-located hotel with a long history and excellent service.
Due to its history, there were some parts of the room that felt old, but for business purposes, I was satisfied with the hotel as it was very convenient.

It's a 5 star hotel after all. The price is cheaper than other hotels. Although the cleaning is thorough, the building is old and the inside of the room is not clean. If you are looking for a clean hotel, we recommend other new hotels. The location is great and you can walk to popular spots.

The hotel us centrally located but dated. The plus is its location. Easy and convenient to malls and Garlle Face Green it faces the port city of colombo too.
