Reception service, view and dining choice are excellent. However, I found some insects in my room and shared the same dishes for 5 days.

This hotel is located on a quiet side street , but yet still close to the city centre. Also it is a medium sized hotel ,not to big that it is a problem waiting for lifts all the time! The facilities where good and you do not have to leave the hotel for meals.. they where also excellent and price wise, good value. The staff where exceptional , and helpful at all times. Highlight ........ was the great sunset each night from the top floor bar!! Would rate it 10 out of 10, and definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel: good location, clean, not expensive for its quality. BUT: don't book it through trip.com or ctrip.com! No problem for the first night. When I booked a second night there through this app, the hotel never received the confirmation (from the operator ctip is using, basically the most important actor of tourism industry in Sri Lanka). I had to stay out of my room until the situation was fixed. It took hours and had never really been fixed. Ctrip reimbursed me at least. Before going there, I tried to book the hotel shuttle bus service through Ctrip. They told me that it was impossible as the staff of the place could not speak English. Which is absolutely wrong, their English is wonderful. The reason was probably that they could not reach their operator. As a result, I had to pay for an airport taxi that had costed me the triple of the price of the hotel shuttle bus.

It's suitable for business stays. It's very convenient. There are supermarkets and stores nearby. You can go shopping. The breakfast has many colorful and simple things that are really delicious. The room is very clean. The smell of the room is very fragrant when I check in. Because I don't adapt to it, I asked the front desk to change rooms the next day. Very fast and good service attitude

As a business trip, the room is OK, but the bedding is not very clean, and the bath towels are not clean for a single day. From the first day of check-in, the water in the washbasin in the room was not flowing smoothly, and the hotel staff was called to fix it, but it was still not flowing smoothly. But I have to say that the hotel staff is very enthusiastic, especially the service staff in the breakfast room, who are really service-minded, friendly and enthusiastic. The service of the doorman and the coffee shop staff is very good, and the service of the front desk staff is average, not very enthusiastic, but there is nothing wrong. In general, it is OK for a business trip.
