Heat was broken and blasting at 90, maintenance couldn’t fix it. The solution was to turn the heat off and room temperature dropped to 50. Could not stay in the room in either environment and hotel could not provide a different room or a refund.

Concierge was was not very accommodating in changing my room assignment. Seemed very uninterested in helping me. I was with a large group attending a wrestling competition. Hotel staff was rude and condescending about arbitrary rules regarding eating and drinking in the lobby. I would not stay here again

Less than I expected. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. The provided hair dryer didn’t work. The fan cover in the shower fell during my husband’s shower. The rooms were clean but the refrigerator was very small and there was no microwave. Very dated. Since the rates are higher than many other places, I expected more. Wouldn’t stay again.

Not a great hotel for the price. No microwave in the room, ice has dirt in it, WiFi is not free, dirty coffee maker no breakfast. I expected more from a Marriot. This might have been a nice hotel 30 years ago but a bit dated without the usual amenities of the average hotel yet the price of a nice hotel.

Staff at this location are fantastic! Stayed here for a conference and everyone was so sweet and very hospitable. Rooms were nice and clean. Would highly recommend!
