Nice hotel in south part of Colorado Springs. Very nice and clean hotel. Stuffs are very helpful and their services also outstanding. Only issue I had, the hotel internet connection(wifi) was not working but still giving it high ratings because their service was great, well minus one for fewer breakfast items.

I Made a reservation. Checked in 5 times shifting my arrival time. When I arrived at 11pm I was told I didn’t have a room!!!! No assistance was offered. I have been a loyal Marriott bonvoy costumer and this may change now! To dump me at 11pm when I have updates !!! UNACCECTABLE!!!!

This should not be considered a SUITE! Microwave & small fridge (like so many hotel rooms now.) No kitchen utensils, dishes or supplies. No coffee or end tables by the sofa. ONE bar of soap. No lotions, q-tips, etc. Coffee for only one cup regular and one cup decaf. The pool was open for only one of the two nights we were there; we had to walk across two parking lots to a related hotel to use a pool the first night. To access power on one side of the king bed, you had to get on your hands and knees and (hopefully) have a long enough power cord to reach underneath the nightstand to the plug. No extension cords were available at the facility. The bed was great.

The walls are so thin you can hear people sneeze. The guests next to me were slamming doors and yelling, the front desk told me to handle it myself and refused to intervene. Do not stay here if you want a peaceful rest

The room was very clean and comfortable. Check in was simple and quick. The breakfast was average but the worker was very friendly. Probably the only reason I did not give the hotel a 5 was because of the $10 nightly charge to park. I am very use to paying for parking but not where there is an empty lot and large parking area.

Our stay at this property was a mixed bag. The person at check in was delightful, but with their systems down, there was a bunch of physical paperwork to be filled out. No biggie... it happens. The room was pleasing aesthetically and clean. But the layout is so bizarre, with lots of sharp angle walls that create many tight spots. It's such an odd layout... my wife and I kept tripping over one another, even though the square footage is not insignificant. The bed was not particularly comfortable. The location is great if you need airport convenience. But be careful getting to the hotel. In an email just prior to arrival, they suggested that a taxi ride is $10. But we took one of the taxis at the middle island, and it cost us $30. Do yourself a favor and use one of the rideshare services.

The room is very nice. But there are kids running around up and down the halls on every floor. I don’t blame the hotel, but I wish the parents of these kids were better parents and I wish the hotel staff would have done something about the noise.
I also wish there was lotion available.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and the area seemed safe enough. However, besides being close to the airport, not much else was nearby. At least 10 min drives for food, groceries, etc. Decent breakfast spread in the morning.
