This review is for service . We have developments in the area , coming at this hotel EVERY WEEK for the past 5 months . Never complained about anything , not because sinks are draining slow , toilets running , noise all over , ice machines not working . Never about nothing . But today yes . I was waiting to get my digital key , never came (I was driving today for 6.5 hr so I need it a rest ) , I asked them over message system , they replied that my room is not available anymore. When I arrived at front desk they told me that was taking down for maintenance . 20 years ago I was running Marriot so I knew was a trick , walking down the hallway I saw someone coming from room I book online , so was rented to someone else . No biggy , but I have to run my credit card again , that never happened before , even before I have to change my room , they were asking if I keep the same card that is online . So this is my review , honest , they need to have some customer skills .
