Room and bathroom was not clean and environment was very uncomfortable. We didn’t even want to sleep on the bed do to sheet looking unkept but we had no where else we could go due to it being 3am so u stayed for the night. We woke up itching and my spouse woke up to a swollen lip due to the unclean environment

Mini fridge was great, it kept the water super cold. The water was very hot, that was good too. After that, all else was below average. It is truly a low budget hotel. Major price gouging because there was a game in town. I paid $170 for the normal price of $72. The furniture was all scratched up. The sink is in the sleeping area. The toilet was the size of an RV toilet. Very low to the floor. Filthy carpet in hallway.

This hotel is very nice for the price, located close to highways and close to Columbia. Stopped here after our trip to Congaree and it was great. Room was clean and well presented, bed was comfy with a smart TV and nice large bathroom. The real star was the coffee machine downstairs. Really good free coffee, great staff and great free breakfast. Make sure you try out Lizard Thicket!

Hotel smelled like smoke and mildew. Renovations have not been done. Bathroom was from the 70’s and NOT kept in good condition. Room was horrible.

The bedding is over due to be refreshed. The staff seemed lazy and bothered by guests. Lounging on the lobby furniture and. Ot reopening the pool hours after a storm

Late afternoon staff friendly and helpful. Lobby has been renovated nicely however … cockroach in hall, fridge had a constant rattle, when toilet room light was on the fan was extremely loud, carpet looked dirty, we couldn’t see out our window due to heavy white streaks, cracked tiles in many areas - wouldn’t stay here again.

Old hotel, but was clean. The ground floor looked renovated and very pretty. The breakfast was ok. My husband and I needed a spur of the moment place to stay while we were traveling with our dogs. We felt safe. It was quiet during our night stay. Our room was old, but clean; which is important to us. The cost for our night stay was a good deal.
