Hotel Indigo Columbus at Riverfront Place

We came for a special birthday celebration, and were impressed with the hotel. We weren’t there long enough to try out out the amenities, and look forward to coming back in order to do so!

The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurant for all our meals. The staff was friendly. We would stay again. Please note that there is valet parking only. We had no problems with valet although there is an extra charge.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I had made the right choice! Louis, who parked my car seemed as if he’d been waiting on me to arrive, and Maureen, who checked me in greeted me like an old friend. The room was beautiful and clean. The server at the Rooftop bar ( which was BEAUTIFUL !!) was very friendly, efficient and could mix great drinks! For some reason, e we couldn’t get the A/C in our room to cool below 72 degrees. Fortunately, it wasn’t a hot weekend, so it wasn’t unpleasant, just not as cool as I typically like my room to be. However, when I told Tyeshia at the front desk, about it, she sent someone to look at it and gave me vouchers for free breakfast! She was so kind and tried to make it better. They weren’t able to fix the problem, but it wasn’t enough of an issue for it to ruin our stay, and breakfast was fabulous!! I will definitely be back!

Nice place and location but the front desk lady messed up for me!

Really loved the property. However we had booked a double room and the hotel and they where over booked which made the stay a little uncomfortable for my so who had to sleep on the chaise in the room.

Love this property. Great views. Love the bar on the top of the building. Lots of construction in the area right now.

The in-house restaurant was so good, like way better than any hotel food I’ve ever had! Our room also had really cool decorations and murals. Would 10/10 stay again.

Was told by front desk breakfast was included with this stay. When my brother in law went down the next morning he was told it was not included! Was not a cheap stay for two nights. Was very embarrassed for him that he was turned away.
